Beacon Point's role is to observe, document, and communicate clearly.
If a visit identifies a condition that may require attention, the observation is documented and communicated promptly. When authorized by the homeowner, Beacon Point can also help coordinate access with the appropriate licensed professional or service provider.
Beacon Point does not perform home inspections, repairs, maintenance, or full-service property management, nor do we independently authorize work or make decisions on a homeowner's behalf.
